
After living in our house for about 16 months, our new fence looked like this:

The “before” picture looks like it is already 10 years old! We wanted to stain it this month so we followed the instructions and bought this cleaner, Behr all-in-one wood cleaner:

The boys sprayed water on the fence first, then used a pesticide sprayer to coat the fence with the BEHR cleaner, waited 15 minutes, then scrubbed it with a deck brush. After scrubbing, they used the power washer and this is what happened:


I had no idea this cleaner would remove the tannins! It took off the top layer of fence basically. It was magical!

After it dried, one coat and cleaning looked like this wet:

Two cleaning and power washings later it looked almost brand new!

I was very pleased with the results!! It was affordable- we did a huge fence (inside and most of the outside) with about 8 bottles, about $100.
