If possible, mix other ingredients in a large chili pot and simmer on medium-low while meat browns. (If not, use your meat pan after cooking).
After browning, add the cooked turkey to your chili sauce and simmer all on medium-low for 20 minutes. (The longer the simmer, the better the flavor, up to an hour on low or in a crockpot on low for 2-4 hours).
After cooking, add my favorite secret ingredient, one stick of butter, if you're up for extra richness and more balanced acidity.
