The Easiest Fresh Salsa

Light and tangy salsa that's easy to make and so good you could eat it with a fork.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 15-ounce cans diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1-2 limes, squeezed for juice
  • 1/2 mild onion
  • 1.5 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp optional cayenne pepper for heat (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Adjust to taste {add more lime or vinegar = more tangy, more cayenne = more heat}.
  • Serve, or for better flavor, refrigerate salsa for 3-4 hours.
