The Easiest Fresh Salsa
Light and tangy salsa that's easy to make and so good you could eat it with a fork.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 2 15-ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1-2 limes, squeezed for juice
- 1/2 mild onion
- 1.5 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp optional cayenne pepper for heat (to taste)
Blend all ingredients together.
Adjust to taste {add more lime or vinegar = more tangy, more cayenne = more heat}.
Serve, or for better flavor, refrigerate salsa for 3-4 hours.
